How are the conditions of vehicle advertised?
Our Singapore cars are handpicked and carefully selected by our well qualified team who visit and inspect each and every one of our cars that we buy into our inventory. For other global sourcing of vehicles we can either visit those cars or rely on our great network of professionally accredited inspection centres to conduct a thorough inspection on your behalf, however we can manage the logistics involved and present you with the report for possible approval and purchase

What are the rules/regulations for importing a vehicle?

What are your office hours?
Our admin and accounts office are open from 9 am to 5pm SGT, due to different time zones of countries we are doing business in, our sales staff are available most of the time even after office hours. Modern technology, helps us to get in touch with our clients better. You can always email us or you can also get in touch with us on our hotline number at your convenient time.


The Buying Process

I really like the car, what should i do now, there is no price on the website?
We Believe in forming personal relationship with our various clients from around the globe. Kindly click the Enquire now button, fill up the form and click Send, A dedicated sales staff will be assigned to you immediately and send the pricing and detailed pictures of the vehicle. You can directly negotiate with the staff member and get the very best deal for your unique situation.
From the promotional email i recieved, i love the car and the price is good, what should i do now?
Kindly contact us via email and we will issue you with Proforma invoice to proceed.
What is the Emailing List?
We always have special offers, stock clearance sale and great promotions for certain vehicles. Our clients get notified by emails. You can get really good deals on cars by signing up to our emailing list or newsletter.
How will i know if you have recieved payments?
Upon receipt of your payment proof, our accounts team will get on with your funds tracing. Once payment reflects our admin office will update and email you with sales/commercial invoice, confirming payment is received in full and from that point we will move swiftly to despatch.
What is the validity of Proforma Invoice, how long vehicle is kept on hold for me ?
Invoices are valid for 5 days from date of issue, and due date is mentioned on invoice, kindly make payment on or before due date and email us with payment proof to confirm the sale.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept, most commonly used payment methods. Please refer to our Export Procedure page for more information
What information will the Proforma Invoice have?
Proforma invoice are official documents. Reference will be made to the vehicle details, price break down, consignee/ buyer details, shipping mode and terms, payment method, inspection if required details. Our company details with our company official registration number will be mentioned on the invoice. For your convenience our bank account details will be duly mentioned on the invoice.
Once i have confirmed a vehicle and greement on the price and terms, what is the next step?
A Proforma invoice will be emailed to you, which is usually the necessary document required by all banks to make overseas payments.

Can I request vehicles not listed on your website?
Yes, please use contact us page to send us your enquiry.
Does the vehicle come with an English manual?
For Singapore cars more often than not manuals are in fact in English. South African and UK cars always are in English.
Do you list the manufactured year of your vehicles?
Yes, all vehicles listed have year of manufacture or first registration mentioned on their listings.

Vehicle Documents, Getting ready to receive your car

I want the car to be sent to my country, can you help, but we don’t have a sea port here?
Yes we can, kindly visit export PROCEDURE page for more details. Our road freight partners and local agents can usually transport the vehicle direct to you.
When will my vehicle arrive at port? What is the actual date of arrival?
As our vehicles are sourced and sent to a variety of countries each export is slightly different to the next. However be assured we are logistics experts and will advise and update you every step of the way. Contact us for estimated freight times unique to your country of choice.
What courier companies do you use? Will i get tracking number to trace my parcel?
We use first class courier companies for your documents. We normally use services of DHL Express and UPS. Once documents are dispatched, our office will duly email you with Track and Trace number for tracking of your parcel
What documents for the vehicle will i get?
Standard documents required are usually Bill of Ladings, De Registration Certificate, Export permit, Police Clearance, Pre-shipment inspection (if applicable to country of destination) Original Commercial/ Sales Invoice, Insurance ( if applicable), spare key (if available) and books pack (if available) If you country requires any more documents, please let us know in advance so we can assist in this regard.
My Vehicle has departed its country of origin, what now?
We will prepare documents for the vehicle, which you or your nominated agent will require to clear the vehicle
